Trip to Chernecha Hill(event)

On Friday, November 10, 2023, students and teachers of the Department of Software for Automated Systems visited one of Ukraine’s shrines — Chernecha Hill. During the trip, the participants:

• climbed the hill;
• counted all the steps;
• honored the memory of Taras Shevchenko;
• laid flowers at the monument;
• took photos of the picturesque Dnipro slopes.

The delegation was warmly welcomed by the director of the Shevchenko National Reserve Valentyna Mykhailivna Kovalenko, the academic secretary Lyudmyla Anatoliivna Sokur, and the reserve staff. A meaningful tour of the reserve and the museum was conducted.

The museum impressed with its atmosphere, reflecting the past and present, connecting historical events in a spiral of time.

The participants sincerely thanked the trade union committee of ChDTU and Vasyl Volodymyrovych Zahorodniy for financial support. Special thanks go to the director and the reserve team for their hospitality, the excursion, and preserving historical heritage.
