About the Project
NEXT is an international project under the Erasmus+ KA2 CBHE program, implemented from November 1, 2023 to October 31, 2026. Cherkasy State Technological University actively participates in this initiative aimed at transforming higher education in the digital age.
Project Goal
NEXT aims to bridge the gap between the rapid development of digital technologies and the training of professionals, especially in non-IT fields. The project focuses on equipping students with essential digital skills, understanding of legal aspects, and support for mental health to successfully integrate into the modern labor market.
Main Objectives
- Educating students from various disciplines in digital technologies, soft skills, legal topics, and mental health preservation.
- Training instructors as mentors to guide students through the digital transformation process.
- Developing innovative learning materials aligned with current trends in digital technologies.
- Improving student teamwork and enhancing their digital competencies through participation in student project competitions.
- Establishing modern multimedia laboratories at Ukrainian universities to provide hands-on experience with advanced equipment and technologies.
ChSTU's Participation
The Department of Software Systems Automation at ChSTU is actively involved in implementing the NEXT project. The project includes the development of new courses, training sessions for both instructors and students, and the creation of modern educational infrastructure.
