Consortium Agreement
Partners DCU, ISKPI are in the process of sending the agreement to STUBA, who will add final signatures when the rector returns to the office.
Plenary Meeting
Plenary meeting will take place in Villach, Austria on June 3-4, 2024. Key day will be June 3, with June 4 being reserved for additional meetings if necessary.
CUAS (Antonina) will help with providing invitation for partners who need it. List of participants will have to be finalized quickly to have enough time for processing (both CUAS and partner side).
CUAS can arrange accommodation in university campus, as well as suggest hotel-type stay.
Learning Materials
CVUT (Tomáš + Jaromír) presented status report on development of learning materials. Presentation will be attached to these minutes.
Highlights:
- Adhere to deadlines. Deliver what’s overdue.
- CVUT will provide tutorial on formatting if needed.
There are concerns regarging deadlines on developing multimedia content (videos etc.).

There are 3 types of access to labs:
- Video calling platfrom
- Digital twin room (3D captured real lab)
- Virtual place (metaverse-like)
Supported by web-based app for control and coordination.
Yevgeniya (ISKPI) will share some more details regarding building such communications lab with Ukrainian partners.
